Is there some baking question you've always wanted to ask but didn't know who to turn to? Have you ever wondered to yourself "Hey, I wonder if I can make <some food item>?" Do you like issuing challenges to strangers purely for the fun of it?
Then contact me! I enjoy doing research on food and have a lot of different reference books around my apartment that are just itching to be used. Feel free to issue me a recipe challenge or ask me to conduct some sort of experiment. I'm pretty open to ideas as long as they don't involve a ton of expense, so that caviar taste test is just going to have to wait.
